Amazing staff and great hotel.

No es un lugar horrible pero no es vale el costo para nada, hay muchos lugares mejores que no cuestan tanto. La habitación está bien, con agua caliente. Pero la personal es antipático y la televisión siempre está encendida a un volumen muy fuerte. Muy molesto

we have a reservation for two rooms for 6 Seniors, we arrive at the hotel and there were no rooms available, the hotel had been without running water for 72 hours and they never called us to inform us. We arrive at 9 pm, and where nowhere to go, a city that we never been before, it was really scary and the clerk rude and telling us that he couldn't call us because Expedia never gave them my information and he couldn't contact us. Terrible and scary experience, we stayed at the lobby trying to see what was next, the clerk kicked us of the lobby and closed the door, thanks to Expedia for getting us a new room , Please take out that hotel out of the Expedia page

The bathtub was a great surprise as I rarely find bathtubs in any Mexican hotels. Excellent location would stay again!

they are doing their best to keep running while renovations take place, but workers starte pretty early and its noisy.
