Great hotel! Clean, Very helpful staff!! Great rooftop restaurant. Yummy food. My only complaint was having glass doors for the toilet and the shower area for the bedrooms on the last floor. Not private.

Amazing Hotel facing the beach in João Pessoa. This was my first time in this hotel with my Fiancé and we loved it. The restaurant has a nice decoration as the hotel with lots of plants and trees. Food is very good. The gym and pool are also great. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very polite, friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Exatamente maravilhoso como a divulgação do Hotel.

Tudo maravilhoso desde a entrada onde fomos recepcionados com champanhe e água de coco. O manobrista já levou o carro para o estacionamento. Ocupamos duas suítes, uma de casal e outra para 4 pessoas, simplesmente confortáveis e maravilhosas. O restaurante oferece um cardápio excelente e diversificado. O café da manhã maravilhoso, amei ter encontrado Kombucha, o que nem sempre encontramos nos outros hotéis, e também o pessoal do Buffet do café hiper atenciosos.
No café da manhã veio a supresa da comemoração.

Ótimo hotel, experiência muito boa!

O hotel é muito sofisticado, porém, estranho que numa cidade litorânea, de frente ao mar, seja tão escuro e tão gelado. Os restaurantes são excelentes e de preço compatível com a qualidade e apresentação. O estafe é cordial e muito bem treinado. As suítes são apertadas e contam apenas com um pequeno cabideiro e três prateleiras (não há armários) para colocar roupas. As janelas possuem vedação sonora e cortina blecaute com velcro, contudo, na suíte conjugada, o segundo quarto não tinha porta no banheiro, e a luz que entrava pela janela do sanitário iluminava o quarto completamente, uma falha imperdoável. A cama, lençóis e cobertores e toalhas são de alta qualidade. O chuveiro, louça e metais sanitários são de alto padrão, apesar de não contar com água quente na pia. Os amenities do banheiro são escassos, limitando-se a touca, algodão e lixa de unha. O café da manhã é muito completo, com opções de alta qualidade e para todos os gostos (inclusive itens apropriados para um almoço/brunch). O hotel oferece água em seu lobby, mas senti falta de um café ou biscoito/bolo como cortesia para um lanche da tarde. O espaço ao redor da piscina (e a piscina em si) é pequeno e disputado. A academia é pequena, mas bem equipada. Os sanitários em áreas comuns são limpos e bem cuidados. O hotel devia oferecer serviço de praia, ainda que parcial, apenas com barracas e cadeiras (oferecem apenas toalhas), pois é triste depender dos barraqueiros para isso. Seria um conforto muito bem-vindo.
