A localização do hotel é ótima, o atendimento bom, é a limpeza satisfatória, o café da manhã no dia que tomamos não apareceu todas as opções que eu via em fotos, o acústico do hotel é péssimo, escutava as conversar e batidas de portas o tempo todo, foi bem difícil conseguir dormir, o ar condicionado da academia não estava funcionando então não conseguimos treinar os dias que ficamos hospedados pois o calor estava insuportável, reclamei com a recepcionista mais não foi resolvido, o ar condicionado do quarto também não era bom, no primeiro dia passamos muito calor pois o tempo estava bem quente e o ar não refrescava o suficiente, a piscina é espaçosa porém depois das 16:00 e impossível se manter nela, fica muito gelada por que não pega sol por conta da sombra dos prédios que ficam ao lado, resumindo não voltaria a me hospedar pois creio que exista hotéis melhores, inclusive na orla.

Decepçao na estadia!!!
Tivemos problemas com as toalhas pois estavam bastante usadas e poidas necessitando troca IMEDIATA. O lençol do quarto rasgado demonstrando falta de zelo com os hospedes. Tenho me hospedado no Village ha bastante tempo mas o declinio fica evidente merecendo um trabalho efetivo da administracao. O pessoal se esforça mas as condiçoes estao se deteriorando!!!

Sempre nos hospedamos nesse hotel, pois sabemos do altíssimo padrão de qualidade. O café da manhã é excepcional, além de tudo estar sempre muito organizado e limpo. Nessa última vez que fomos, tivemos a belíssima surpresa de conhecermos o garçom robô, no qual deixou nosso filho extremamente encantado. Parabéns pelo excelente trabalho e serviço prestado.
