1- Hotel novo e com boas instalações, mas afastado das principais praias como Tambau; 1.1- O hotel não oferece refeições (exceto café da manhã) e não possui restaurante ou até mesmo bebidas no frigobar. Eles possuem um mercadinho, mas com pouquíssimas opções e com preços bem abusivos; 2- Atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar. Falta um pouco mais de treinamento para lidar com o público. 2.1- A arrumação dos quartos é muito superficial, deixam de fazer uma limpeza com higiene básica de cabelos, limpeza do sanitário e reposição dos refis de Sabão e Shampoo. Exceção da arrumadeira “Josiane” que faz um trabalho exemplar e é muito atenciosa e educada. 2.2- Não existe local apropriado para secar as roupas e as toalhas de praia. Utilizamos uma cadeira para pendurar algumas peças de roupas. 3- O café da manhã não possui muitas opções. Além disso, higienização das mesas, talheres e arrumações é bem ruim. Aliás, a reposição dos alimentos é feito com muita dificuldade. 4- O hotel cobra R$ 15,00 por cada troca de toalha de piscina ou praia. Só avisam no dia. 5- O checkout não cumpre a legislação atual. Por exemplo, entrei às 15:15hrs de 17/01 e na saída tive que sair as 13:00hrs, após muita insistência.

Pior experiência com hotel da minha vida. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 23 horas da noite, depois de um longo dia de trabalho e viagem, e ao chegar na recepção do hotel, a recepcionista informou que eu e minha esposa não poderíamos entrar no hotel porque estávamos sem o cartão de vacina dos cachorros. O grande detalhe é que essa regra não foi comunicada no aplicativo da hotéis.com, apenas foi informado na hora. A recpcionista além de ser super grosseira comigo e com minha família, não teve um pingo de compreensão com a situação, tendo em vista que no aplicativo não informava nada sobre isso.

*Hotel com boa estrutura, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar* O hotel é novo, bem cuidado e com estrutura excelente — tudo funciona como deveria. No entanto, o atendimento na recepção e no café da manhã foi decepcionante. O funcionário *Lúcio* da recepção, em especial, foi extremamente frio e grosseiro em todas as interações, o interfone estava quebrado e o nosso pedido do Ifood ficou esfriando na portaria, só depois de 2 horas, segundo ele mesmo, teve coragem de levar ao nosso quarto. As atendentes do café da manhã também demonstraram pouca cordialidade. A experiência poderia ter sido muito melhor se o atendimento acompanhasse a qualidade da estrutura.

As instalações são impecáveis e o atendimento na recepção é nota 10. Só não classifiquei como excelente porque no café da manhã, quando fui pegar ovos mexidos tinha acabado, assim como outros acompanhamentos estavam simultaneamente zerados, e a reposição demorou pelo menos dez minutos. Creio ser preciso aprimorar a logística da cozinha para garantir a reposição com maior agilidade. Além da sazonalidade durante o café, basta ficar de olho nos alimentos para saber quando solicitar mais à cozinha. De resto, iremos voltar. Obrigado.
