Perfect Hotel
We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage.

O hotel tem um café da manhã maravilhoso com variadas opções de doces, salgados, tapioca feita na hora, suco verde e comum. Os quartos são limpos e o ambiente é todo novo. Nos banheiros tem sabonete líquido e shampoo/conficionador dentro do Box e sabonete líquido na pia. Toalhas novas e cobertores de cama também são impecáveis. O hotel fica a duas quadras da orla então dá pra ir andando e tem boas opções de restaurantes próximos, farmácias e posto de gasolina na esquina com conveniência. Os itens de consumo do frigobar do quarto tem preço alto então é comprar água em supermercados ou farmácias e levar pro quarto do hotel. Fomos em alta temporada então o único problema é o estacionamento interno que é pequeno mas caso lote o estacionamento do hotel ao lado também pode ser utilizado então tudo bem. Mas recomendo muito o hotel. Nossa estadia foi excelente.

Absurdo na cobrança de uma agua pequena
A estadia foi boa, parabens para o senhor que nos conduz ate o quarto, super gentil, educado e muito prestativo, otimo cafe da manha, mas no final tuve uma surpresa ao pagar a conta, me cobraram 8,00 por uma agua mineral de 300ml da pequena, um verdsdeiro absurdo, um abuso e falta ce respeito enorme ao cliente, me senti lesada, enquanto em um bom restaurante vc paga de 5 a 6 por uma agua de 510ml com servico de garçon, gelo, taça, ambiente, ai vc puxar uma agua de um frigobar ter que pagar 8,00 por uma agua, uma falta de respeito enorme ao hospede, vou Mensalmente a joao pessoa, mss nao irei mas retornar ao hotel so por causa disso.

Hotel excelente, localização perfeita, café da manhã espetacular, atendimento excepcional. Pontos de observação que o quarto onde ficamos tem pouco ventilação, então tem um odor forte de umidade e o banheiro pequeno, ainda mais se for passar muitos dias, prefira quartos de uma categoria superior. Voltaria lá com certeza.
