Fantastic value for the apartment you get. It's a "hotel" in terms of being staffed/having amenities, but it's not your normal hotel. It's a fully furnished apartment. Very, very comfortable stay. If I were going back to Mendoza, I'd immediately book here again, without thinking twice. Highly recommend!!!

This was the absolute dreamiest weekend in Mendoza I could’ve ever imagined. The property is stunning, the villa is extraordinary! The service is phenomenal and thoughtful and helpful and kind, the food is incredible. And the wine! Every single detail for every moment had the utmost care and attention. I can not rave enough about how wonderful this place and staff are. It’s extraordinary!

O atendimento da recepção excepcional, o quarto muito espaçoso e confortável, varias opções de restaurantes e até cinema no mesmo complexo. Acho que ideal para viajar com crianças. A única ressalva foi Café da manhã apesar de ter muitas opções, não era de qualidade, comi o ovo mexido com presunto que era o que realmente estava muito gostoso.

This is a jewel of a hotel. Probably one of the most beautiful and comfortable in which I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are spectacular. We had a private sauna, steam shower and hot tub, along with a bedroom and sitting area. The hosts are charming and the food delicious.

Good value for money. Centrally located, safe and clean. Spacious room, good breakfast and responsive staff. I would stay here again if I am to travel back to Mendoza.

The room cleaning was good, but a lot of water pooled in the shower enclosure, perhaps due to an issue with the floor's slope.

Without a doubt, this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. The photos and description on the Expedia listing do not match what is actually provided. The biggest issue was the staff. They were unprofessional, rude, and had a dismissive attitude throughout our stay. Instead of trying to help, they made us feel like we were bothering them, even though we were paying guests. The apartment had a strong gas smell at all times. When we reported it, the staff simply said it was “normal” and offered no solution. The hot water lasted less than five minutes, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The units are old and outdated. The property does not clearly disclose that there is no elevator, and the staff does not assist with luggage. Overall, the level of service was unacceptable. One person in our group had the heating stop working during the night when the outside temperature was close to 0°C. The staff did not respond correctly and did not repair the heating. In our apartment, which was booked for five people, there were only two low-quality towels. The room phone was broken, so we had to walk down three flights of stairs to the lobby to request three more towels. We asked twice, and they never arrived. The beds and pillows were also of very poor quality and extremely uncomfortable. After only two nights, we decided to leave and move to another hotel just so we could finally get some rest. We strongly advise others not to book this place.
