Staff welcomed us warmly and helped us very quickly. When we entered the room it was just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast buffet was my favorite. Location was great as all the touristy spots are nearby. Overall amazing experience.

It was a superb 2-night stay, super comfortable beds, plush bedding, great service. I just wish their bar stayed open later. The spa was fantastic with great excellent services and professionalism!! Only reason why I would not stay here again is really like a pool however definitely a go to if you don’t care for it. Reason we chose it was for exploring area so we didn’t mind not having pool.

Lo bueno es la ubicación céntrica, fuera de ello, hay ruido/música en la calle toda la noche que te dificultará descansar, las cortinas estan en mal estado, no cierran bien y entra la luz, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, una luz del baño estaba fundida, lo peor fue la señal WiFi le informe al personal de recepción para tener una solución y solo fue un "Si, esta inestable" Si no quieres dormir en la calle es una buena opción

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hacienda La Labor for a romantic getaway, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Guadalajara. The property is absolutely beautiful, full of history and authentic Mexican charm. One of our favorite experiences was the horseback ride, which ended with a private picnic—it was such a unique and romantic touch that we’ll never forget. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we slept great thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was charming, the shower had great water pressure, although it was a bit small. The only thing we noticed was that the floors could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was outstanding. The chilaquiles were hands down the best we’ve had anywhere in Mexico, and every morning was something we looked forward to. The only downside was that there was construction taking place during our stay. It didn’t ruin our experience, but it would have been nice to know in advance before arriving. Overall, Hacienda La Labor is a wonderful place for couples, families, or even weddings. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with beautiful historic surroundings and unforgettable experiences, we highly recommend it. We would gladly stay here again.

The only think I did not like was the unresponsiveness via messages . There was no shampoo , soap or conditioner . I contacted them and never replied . Also it was raining one night and all the water from the terrace entered the property and was all over the stairs , I requested to be cleaned and they never came , I had to mop my self amd borrow the mop from the entrance
