Whilst the location was good, including a very short walk from Southern Cross Station which is great when flying into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and close all the attractions. The overall maintenance of the room itself could have been better. There was mould on the wall where the blinds where suggesting damp and there was Sellotape all over the panels in the elevators which didn’t fill me with confidence that they would be functioning all the time. Luggage storage was helpful

Fabulous location. MOA staff incredibly helpful from booking to checking out. The apartment had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Room look different with the pictures. On weekends the ground floor hve party until 2am So on last 2night.i don't have sleep well. Aslo on second day bfre i checkout,the housekeeper forgot gve me shampoo n conditioner.they just change the tower only
