Breakfast problem

The stay was ok for one night. The privacy of a curtain separating the toilet area was annoying. I paid for breakfast but when we arrived for breakfast the que was so long we decided to leave because we ran out of time with no refund.

Cheaper hotels availabile fir wsg better quality

My prepaid room was given away and i was eventually given a room with no hot water. Electricity went out during stay too. My boxed breakfast for early morning tour was forgotten. Service was terrible. I stayed in 2 other hotels within 5 minutes for half price which were wayyyyy better.

The location is extremely convenient to the airport and very safe since they control vehicle traffic in and out of the complex. The dining and entertainment options were great.

Very Disappointing

Do not waste your money to stay at this hotel. Hotel is very noisy over weekends. Rooms smell and don’t look clean. Room next to me had more than 4 people staying in it and made so much noise that I had to move to another room at 12:30am, security did nothing. Breakfast time was a disaster. Waiting time was more than 1+ hour wait, hotel was over booked and people fuming and leaving. Standards of this hotel have dropped drastically, will not stay there again.

The room and bathroom are extremely small . There were crumbs on the chair at the dressing table. Totally overpriced. Breakfast way below standard .

Perfect stay close to the airport. They even have a free shuttle from the airport. We always stay here when stopping thru JNB. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of dining options as well.

I️ absolutely loved the location and the restaurants nearby but the staff were so rude and horrible. During our stay it was like walking on egg shells to ask any of the staff for anything. I have never been treated like this before and I️ can’t even imagine recommending this location to anyone if their staff continues on like this.
