The hotel is about what you'd expect of a comfort inn and suites. It looks like the hotel has been updated in the past 5 years or so, but to a comfort inn standard. The bathtub could have used a bit more of a clean, but otherwise the room was fine. Walls are paper thin so expect to hear your neighbours and people walking up the hallway. Continental breakfast was excellent.

The staff was great I enjoyed the front end staff very much and they did everything possible to help me. The cleaning staff on the other hand slammed doors constantly it was unbearable.

Filthy, over priced

The toilet was clogged. They brought a plunger up and handed it to my wife... The public areas were filthy. The bathroom off the exercise room has not been cleaned in eons. Way overpriced for what it is. Would not consider staying here again. Indeed, I will no longer consider Comfort Inns since this is "acceptable" to their brand.

Pulling up to the facility there werr three cop cars, a firetruck and an ambulance. The room in the bathroom was flooded with water all over thr floor, the stairwell, elevator all smelled like smoke, our second room we got moved to smelled like smoke and the outside steps to get into the side entrance steps were weak feeling like they were going to break. We’ve stayed here before and had a terrible experience as well and did not realize this was the same facility until after pulling up

Better than average stay

The hotel was clean overall. The staff gave A+ service for my entire trip. Rooms and hotel smelt clean and did not smell of smoke. The breakfastw as a bit lacking. Only eggs and sausage every day for the 4 days i was there, with waffles only offered one time. I will be back to this hotel.

Ok for a night or two

It was fine for what you might expect. Toilet was loose.. not anchored down. No TP dispenser.. just a roll og TP on the counter. Breakfast was just ok. Waffle machines both broke. No juice machine just unlabeled pitchers in the fridge. Stuff that was there seemed fresh. Staff very nice and polite.

Terrible. The bathroom floor has not been cleaned in moths. The hotel staff was non existent. No extra toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk and wait until someone showed up from behind the wall. The breakfast was horrible. Ran out of forks, coffee cups, etc. Never replaced. I will never stay there again.

This hotel was an okay overnight spot. The breakfast was better than expected as I believe it was noted as a continental and had eggs and fixings. The bathroom products in the shower and hand crème containers were a problem. There was not enough strength in my hands to get even a tiny squirt out of any of them. I am a fit female but could not meet that challenge!
