I only have a few complaints walls and doors are not insulated enough. We could hear every conversation & other things in the next room, needless to say we didnt get much sleep. The biggest complaint is when we went to leave and pulled the covers all the way down to make sure we didnt miss anything and dscovered blood on the blanket...not happy about that one!! Just tells me they dont check that when making beds. Sorry im a big critic, i use to manage a hotel!

Decent hotel. Clean and suited our needs, but we did not have hot water. When we said something to the front desk, she told us she went to the room and checked and it was fine, but when we returned to the room, there still wasn’t hot water. For $200 a night, we should have been able to shower and not get a dishonest response from the front desk.

Room is clean but bathroom tub was not drained properly during shower. And parking lot snow as well as outside the entrance was not cleaned properly that left us in a risky place to walk with baggage.
