This is a budget motel that purports to be nothing other than a clean, quiet, low-cost place to stay, and that is exactly what it was. It's nothing fancy, an older property, but it was clean, quiet, and low-cost, which is exactly what I was looking for on the night we stayed there. The cost was about 1/3 of the cost of the low-end chain properties in town.

Older motel, but very clean. Beds super comfortable. Heat unit warmed room very quickly, but hardly needed even with cold temp (well insulated I guess). Was great for my needs. Would stay again.

The facility is older but maintained and very clean and smelled good - no old or musty smell. No frills, basic rooms but was perfect for a quick overnight just to sleep. Staff was friendly.

Nice driveway up to the property. Parking was easy. It's a bit too easy to hear the neighboring guests and people are sadly not often concerned about the experience of those around them. It was pretty clean and roomy. Only interacted with 1 front desk staff and he was cordial.
