The staff made every effort to be helpful, but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for out third guest, neither TV remote worked and the HVAC was difficult to control.

Great place, everyone was professional and did their job. Rooms, halls and open areas clean and smelled clean too! The location isn’t great as there is a large truck stop area, which would be fine except it isn’t paved, so walking for fitness is it. But the hotel did have a fitness room.
