Place looks brand new

We arrived very late and they held our room for us. The place was just remodeled and looks brand new! The night clerk and day staff both were very friendly and accommodated our needs. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold dishes. Price was reasonable and we would stay here again!

My wife enjoyed the exercise room but hoped for a ping pong table. The breakfast was good and well supplied with variety. Front desk man came to the room to get the TV remote working because Hampton decided a majority of their customers dislike remotes with number buttons.

The hotel was in excellent condition! The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and respectful. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are some areas of the hotel that are undergoing renovations, but there are signs to explain this as well as the times that work is being done. Room itself was clean though. No problems. I usually pack my own food, so I didn’t eat at the breakfast, but the waffles sure smelled amazing when I was checking out.

Look elsewhere for hospitality.

Front desk person was not helpful, actually the opposite. Saw her get up & leave the desk as people were walking over to check out. Didn’t even acknowledge them or say she’d be right back…because she didn’t return or send anyone else over to assist. Unbelievable. Breakfast attending was awesome & courteous; however, the front desk should be the most courteous person.

Great place to stop and for the first time ever we traveled with our daughter’s cat and all went seamlessly and no pet smell. There was a $50 additional charge but that was the only downside.
