The pictures online make the property's outside look better than it really is. The hallway was clean and my room was clean except the floor was dirty. NOT handicap accessible 3 stairs to get on first floor to room

Nice Stay

Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, WiFi was great, water pressure was good, breakfast had cereal, yogurt, waffles… just the coffee machine was broken. Overall happy with my stay here.

The two rooms booked through Hotels.Com were never provided. We were told only one was available and we were forced to go to another hotel. I called Hotel.com for reimbursement of rooms that were never provided and it was declined. I will not be using Hotels,com again due to lack of integrity and poor business.
