Bed was abit hard other wise everything was fine despite staying here a few times due to convenience of shopping . It would be better if the toilets were equip with handicapped / elderly friendly would be better as my parents are staying at Hyatt due to their handicapped friendly facilities instead of holiday inn. The shower amenities have been changed to brand Dove..

Well located hotel near to CIQ.
Convenient location for staycation with malls right next to hotel. Easy to travel around using grab. Our room was comfortable. They provide so called soft and hard pillows but hard pillows are still soft.

1st time staying at Holiday Inn JB City Center. As it rained so much during our stay, we can easily cross over to the malls for our meals. The only thing is we can hear the water sound when someone is showering. Nevertheless, we would gladly stay here again.

Excellent large room and bathroom - all spotless, which made for a pleasant stay and the staff are helpful. Can recommend specially if you want to be downtown. Only wish for a sofa with more back support otherwise everything was great.

Great location if you are coming from Singapore by public transport as it is near the immigration. By car, to get to the hotel parking can be confusing as it is at the back and end of komtar. Jbcc on the 7th floor.
