very strategic location as inside the mall, the room looks clean and hygienic. Just one short point, that they do not provide mineral water at the room, only a water purifier located outside the room, which sometimes is not so convenient for me to access

This is our 3rd stay at Stgiles. Room is clean and nice. Always like to spend time at the rooftop lounge, pity not much effort to make it more lively, sure will attract guests to spend their evenings there. This time my request for birthday special was met, room was decorated and a complimentary cake given. Nice touch by the GM to give a personalised card. Its very convinent to stay here. No need to worry abt transport and safety. Ample shopping and food options

Only the housekeeping and security staff are friendly and professional. The front liners arent friendly, courteous or professional. They need to understand they are service providers. Our key card was locked at 11.42am. Even before our check out time. Someone from security had to call front desk to charge the door opener as the battery was flat, so that the door can open. The bathroom wasnt clean well. Too inconvenient. Im definitely not coming back to this hotel.
