Overall stay was good except that the room air-condition is not as cold. The room temperature was set to 19 deg C but the room was very stuffy and warm. Did not manage to get a good night slee😓.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel. There is a shopping center conveniently downstairs with plenty of eating and shopping options. Room is spacious and nicely designed, will be back soon.

Good but could be better

The check-in is smooth. The room is spacious and clean. But it would be great if there is a small table and additional chair within the room near the windows as there are a lot of unused space.

Honest opinion, this place is not worth the money you pay. The only reason why we chose this place was due to the convenience because it was just within the southkey midvalley mall. But after my second stay, I’d never come back here again. I’d rather stay at other hotels instead and drive over if I need to do any shopping. The bathroom is just so bad. Dirty, smelly and the things are either spoilt or rusty. Super poor upkeep of their bathrooms. One last point, their lift lobby can be quite congested due to the high traffic stay in this hotel.
