Excelente custo benefício
Café da manhã sensacional. Colaboradores atenciosos. Dois dias esqueceram de fazer a limpeza diária, mas quando relatado resolveram como podiam. Internet no quarto que estava, não funcionava, tinha muita oscilação e video chamadas que precisei fazer e outros problemas do trabalho tive que resolver lentamente.

Experiência incrível com os colaboradores. Wifi horrível dentro do apartamento, não conseguia fazer video chamadas e nem trabalhar direito. Pedi para olharem 2 vezes e não resolveram. Café da manhã ótimo. Estacionamento ok, é em local aberto. Localização excelente e próximo do shopping. Teve 01 dia que pedi limpeza e não teve, acredito que por falta de comunicação.

Foi horrivel, ar condicionado estava quebrado, corredor com cheiro de mofo, nao oferece restaurante como diz no anuncio. De manha cedo nao tinha ngm na recepcao, deixei um bilhete pra arrumarem o quarto, nao arrumaram, em cima dos dofas da piscina ta quebrado entao chove no sofa e quando parava de chover os funcionarios nao se preocupavam em limpar as almofadas, cafe da manha com pouca opcao. Pro preço, nao recomendo!

Bem localizado, bom atendimento, estacionamento gratuito, roupas de cama e banho limpas, assim como as dependências. Bom banheiro, ainda que haja uma coluna dentro do box de banho, que encurta o espaço disponível. Único senão é a falta de uma ducha higiênica. Não usei a piscina, nem a academia, razão pela qual não posso avaliá-las. Café da manhã bom. As 5 estrelas que dei não representam a categoria do hotel, mas o custo-benefício.

Exceto a reposição da agua EXCELENTE
No frigobar tinha apenas 3 garrafas de agua e quando foi feita a limpeza do ap não foi reposto, solicitamos reposição no sabado a tarde e não fomos atendidos e no sabado a noite solicitamos novamente e demorou mas enfim fomos atendidos , este é o unico assunto que não foi bom, os demais foram muito bom, estacionamento TOP, cafe da manha otimo e etc muito bom, custo excelente.
