The room was great and very comfortable, with a spacious living space and restroom. Beds were cozy. Temperature was perfect. The only issue was a squeaky AC during the night that quieted itself during day - go figure!

Pool was tiny, freezing, and murky. No towels at the pool, so had to go ask. There was a holding fee on our account, which was unexpected. However, there was a welcoming sticky note.

The staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. My room was a Suite and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor. So the air was barely on and had that moldy smell. They took off $29 from my bill. They didn’t have any rooms like I had to move me in. That’s the only part I didn’t like.
