Room was unclean and very outdated, as well as in dire need of repair. Lights not working, plugins on walls not working !! Left half used amenities for us to use in bathroom!!!
The only issue which is minor is the breakfast. It was just cereal and waffles and they ran out of coffee. That’s the only negative I found. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly
Good property for a reasonable rate. Was surprised the pool was closed.

The property building is older but they had remodeled our room and it was nice. The bed's mattress was very hard so I had an issue with getting a good nights sleep. There wasn't a lot of choices on the breakfast bar but what was there was fresh and filling. There was only coffee to drink, I am a tea drinker or juice would have worked also but there was not either of these. The lobby's floor is very dirty, the carpet needs to be replaced. For those who want to swim the pool is out of order right now.

Room was decent and clean.
There was a musty smell could be mold and the carpets need to either be removed or deep cleaned.
Nice touch is the mini fridge and microwave, but the freezer needed to be defrosted.
Check in girl very pleasant, the mother sat with her feet across the sidewalk no shoes on in the walkway.
Continental breakst was offered. More choices would have been nice and a longer period that 2 hours as well. Also the juice machine was broken and no other options were offered which would have been a nice touch.
Walls, rugs and floors needed cleaning. There were stains of whatever was smashed or killed on the walls. The room smelled like mold, mildew and dog.The mother/owner didnt understand a word I was saying to her, it appears only the daughter speaks language. They offered breakfast but it was high sugar items mostly and make your own items like waffles and coffee,
I requested a refund 5 minutes after checking in and refused. One of the rooms (labeled non smoking) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool was full of algae. This is obviously an extended stay property and not appropriate for families needing an overnight stop. There were workers everywhere and their work clothes were drying on the railings in several places. We did not stay but left immediately.
Nobody at the front desk. The lady that checked me in was unfriendly. We found dried ( what looked like drink) on the wall below the tv. The coffee pot in the room quit working after 1 cup made. We will never stay here again.
Trashy beyond compare, with one half dressed guest making rude comments and sexual invitation. I got in my car and checked into a Hampton Inn. Never stayed or recommend anyone stay at the Hamilton
Check in was good. Staff friendly. I did have my pet with me, French bulldog. Paid an extra $20 for him. The room smelled awful to the point it was giving me a headache after only 10 mins. I went back to the office and asked about something to kill the smell. It was horrible! I was told it's a "Pet Room". They gave me some stray which did not help. I would not let me dog even walk on the carpet. I have gone into personal homes where there were multiple dogs that didn't smell this bad. I have stayed in many hotels over my lifetime, but never one that had a smell like this one. Lesson learned!! Would not recommend!!
