Inconvenienced

We reserved a room with two Queen beds because there was 4 of us but the guy gave us room keys and then took them back and said that he gave us the wrong room but when we got to our room we realized that there was only one King bed. Needless to say, 2 of us had to sleep on the floor! It was late and we were concerned that if we asked for another room, we’d be denied. Needless to say, very disappointed and inconvenienced! We are going to stay in this town again in a couple months and we will not be staying here again! We definitely deserve our money back!

We just needed a shower and a few hours of sleep, so we were in and out. The guy on duty was nice and efficient. Luckily everything for a shower was provided, we were not planning on needing to stay so we had not pack those essentials.
