Everything was great. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Beds are comfy. It's a older building but they have done some updates. Restaurants and gas stations close by. I'll stay again for sure! P.s.-- I want to know where they purchase their pillows cause I love them.
Two day stay. No coffee pot in the room. And the coffee at breakfast wasn’t that good. No protein on the breakfast bar. Had pancakes, which was a plus. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.
I booked a room a month in advance for my daughter, my two dogs and myself, because I knew we were going to be traveling across the country. When we get there, there was no record of my reservation, the room he put us on was on the second floor (stairs aren’t good for an older dog.) He said there weren’t any other rooms available. We get into the room, and the only light work g was the bathroom. Even the phone didn’t work! This was at 2am, after us driving 16 hours from AZ and being exhausted. I was fit to be tied, so my daughter went down to the office to get us a different room. She explained that I was too angry to deal with him, and suddenly there was an available room on the first floor that was available! Huh! Go figure! Not impressed at all!
The hotel was okay. Rough repair work on tiles in the room. Charged me more than I book for online. Horrible odor from commercial drain cleaner in the halls and musty room. Bothered my asthma a lot.
Super friendly staff, and you get what you pay for. This is a cheap hotel with easy access, but of course, it is not the highest quality when it comes to comfort or cleanliness. It is great for a solo trip, but my wife would yell at me if I booked this hotel for us together.
