Property was well maintained, clean, and modern. Staff was friendly. We used the indoor/outdoor pool areas and both were nice. Outdoor patio area had nice plants/shrubs and seating. My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed our 1 night stay.

It was wonderful! And the staff members were excellent, and very helpful, I was there this weekend celebrating my 22nd so I was very confused on everything, they were patient and very kind about it all. I can say if I’m ever visiting Joplin again I will be staying here!

If you’re looking for the perfect hotel to stay at in Joplin, MO then this is it. Staff if friendly, helpful, & professional. Rooms & common areas are clean. Has an attached restaurant & if you’re comfortable eating elsewhere there are plenty of options you can walk to. Who could honestly ask for more.

The rooms, especially bathroom was unclean. Drop my water bottle when I cleaned it up the towel turn yellow and orange from the floor. Around the toilet and wall was dirty. Very noisy, and the bed was not comfortable at all!

Overall ok

You can hear the next door shut the door very clearly, And the foot steps upstairs. Luckily, mostly of the customers are very kind and trying to be gentle and quiet.
