Horrible Stay
We were staying for a friends wedding for the weekend to say this hotel was awful is an understatement the smells of weed in the hall when this hotel is supposed to be non smoking, black mold on the air vent which triggered both myself and my wife's allergies. The phone was not connected to the wall so you cannot contact front desk if you needed something and when I went up to the front desk it felt like as a guest i was being a bother to them over simple requests i even got an eyeroll from the employee because i disrupted there dinner. If your looking for somewhere to stay, stay somewhere else.

This was probably one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at. The room itself wasn't horrible.It was everything else. First thing the tv didn't work, so we went down there.They gave us another remote, still, didn't work. We left to go out to dinner. We came back. Our key card was not working, so we had to go down to the desk to give is another key. It didn't work.I ended up having to sit in the hallway.By my door for fifteen minutes, waiting for them to come up there. And still, the t v did not work. And they didn't end up having breakfast in the morning, so everything that could have went wrong went wrong with this stay.

Worst check in experience I've had. Took over an hour to get to my room . Cllerk litterally assigned me the wrong type of ropm twice, one of which was not even a rpom! Finally hot it right on third try but key card didn't work. Once I got into ropm it was dated and worn wich I expected. I didn't expect someone else trying to get into the room two hours later. I guess she had fsiled to mark that she had put me in that room.. Obviously facility is beyond its prime but it wad the lack pf traininh and ignotance of staff checking me im that made this stay unpleasant!

Checking in took 20 minutes. We were second in line. We then went to what was to be our room but once entering saw that it was occupied by active guests. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for a new room.

Premium wify only worked in lobby or breakfast room. Did not work in our room. Fitness center out of service. Broken glass on one front door, also broken glass on one mid way glass exit door. Hot breakfast was not available Sat and Sunday during our 4 night stay. Spent $40.00 on breakfast else ware. Ist day of breakfast, attendant had to be told coffee and milk for cereal were empty. Waffle maker out of order. Orange juice dispenser not working. Only regular coffee available,no decaf. After two days of no breakfast, no forks available and no napkins availabe. Walmart on half a mile away. Over all, I am surprized that Choice hotels would claim this as theirs.

Don’t go! Window in room leaked when it rained. Curtains were frayed. Carpet badly stained. No blanket in room. Coffee maker broken. No shampoo. Front desk staff not helpful at all, especially the fat guy. Glass in front entrance door was broken. No breakfast on Sat or Sun mornings. Vending machine empty. This place is a dump!

The ac needed to be cleaned because it was blowing out dust and I have bad allergies. When I check out the guy said I never check in but then how did I already have a room card. The person that check me in quited that night and mess up stuff in the System I heard . Guy ask me to let y’all know he show me there and to let y’all know about the ac unit. How can I give y’all the right type of feed back when I cannot give you name of the person that help me and knows I was there.
