We had an okay room but the hotel was older than I thought it would be. Amenties were not good. Stay was nice. I would not stay there again.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

Beach Enclave offers a private beachfront experience with only 5-6 rooms, creating a quiet atmosphere less than 10 minutes from Grace Bay. Guests should know there is no traditional front desk. Arrival must be coordinated in advance via email, and communication is handled primarily through WhatsApp with your assigned butler. Arrival communication felt less polished than at other luxury properties we’ve visited. Coordinated taxi arrived pretty late. We noted that we were celebrating an anniversary, but that detail was marked N/A at check in. The property also suggests gratuities for the butler, housekeeping, pool and beach attendants; however, we never interacted with anyone outside of housekeeping and the butler. The staff were friendly, the villa was clean, and bottled water was replenished daily. However, the rooms felt smaller than expected based on the photos and nightly rate. While complimentary breakfast is advertised, it is limited to juice, bread, and fruit. Eggs and other protein options are not included. Transportation was also an additional cost.

Beautiful property right on the sand, steps from the water. Loved how quiet and secluded it felt. It was a perfect few days here with everything we needed and the property manager just a call away. Would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The villa was stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our family. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The beach was simply breathtaking. The ocean was a brilliant turquoise, the sand was soft, white, and pristine, and the entire shoreline was impeccably clean with no seaweed in sight. It felt like a dream and was one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. What made our experience even more special was the care shown to my mother, who uses a wheelchair. The staff was incredibly accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed, ensuring she could fully enjoy her vacation. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and truly exceptional vacation experience.

4 th stay . Waterfront bungalows are amazing if you want to swim and kayak to lunch .

The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room. Additionally, the room was frequently inhabited by mosquitoes and the cleaning staff never really cleaned and removed this used bar of soap that was left by the prior guests. The final issue occurred on the last night of my stay, when a live cockroach was found in the bathroom. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this resort and do not intend to return.
