No complain about employees But the building needed extremely repair The water leaking from the AC In the rain time, the water leaking on the hall walls The island restaurant self-service is a little mosquitoes, my suggest (fixing a small fan on top ceiling on the food services)

Tenho alguns pontos negativos sobre a estadia: o ar-condicionado não gela e estala a madrugada toda, tornando a situação insuportável. Além disso, o trinco da janela está quebrado. O pior de tudo é que o espelho está rachado, e acabei cortando meu dedo ao limpar o vidro embaçado. Além disso, o cartão de entrada apresentava problemas toda vez que voltávamos para o quarto. Pontos positivos, bom atendimento, café da manhã mais ou menos e limpeza nota 10.

A estadia foi boa. Mas o quarto estava com as paredes craqueladas, necessitando reforma. O ar condicionado ficava muito alto, e não conseguia alcançá-lo pra mudar a temperatura. Ou seja, senti calor todas as noites. Como chegava de madrugada dos eventos, não conseguia pedir que alguém alterasse. O café da manhã é razoável. Só achei os bolinhos secos... De resto, foi muito boa a estadia. A cama é grande, confortável. Tem mesa para estudo, e uma TV que não tem muitas opções de canal rsrs

O Hotel é antigo e fica no centro da cidade, sendo essa uma vantagem, pois é possível fazer muitas coisas a pé e por outro lado é bem barulhento. O ar condicionado do quarto estava estragado, comuniquei 2 vezes pedindo o conserto e nada fizeram.
