After making the mistake of making a reservation at another hotel in the area and being completely disappointed, I was referred to the Trade Hotel and I'm VERY happy to have left the other hotel to spend the night at the Trade!

Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !

Excellent value. New, very good condition overall, good WiFi, good breakfast, good restaurant, cheap and very good casual lunch. Close to a very good shopping mall. Great service. 24h room service, all day cleaning service, great free parking.

Não vale a pena!
Ao chegar o hotel, pouco antes do horário do check-in (12:30), não teve uma empatia por parte do hotel, em liberar o check-in antecipado. Visto que nem era para usar a acomodação mas sim, para guardar as malas. A água do chuveiro não esquentava tão bem. O café da manhã era um dos piores que já vi, a aparência de grande quantidade não se reflete na qualidade, vai por mim, que café horrível.

Atendimento difícil desde a chegada. Não há ninguém, nem nenhuma placa que indique onde fica o estacionamento; recepção lotada, check in demorado. Elevadores demorados e sempre lotados. Quarto ok.
