this was an older motel where you drive up to the room door, which is very convenient. despite being old, it had newer bathroom fixtures, shower head was awesome. room was quiet but air conditioner was loud.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this hotel. Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were very cordial and efficient. Good hot breakfast. Perfect for our one night layover. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem of Sonora

Stay was enjoyable, don’t let the outside old school 40s/50s motel vibe fool you as the insides remodeled and cozy with dual kings. Could have had a coffe maker in the room but honestly the friendly staff and surprisingly rounded breakfast for a motel greatly made up!

We’ll continue to stay here, but …

We stay at this facility every time we travel through Sonora, so no real complaints. This time, however, the TV or remote didn’t work, so we had to change rooms. I might also mention that the one walkway that runs in front of all the rooms poses a risk to guests. The walkway includes intermittent steps but no guardrail, and a misplaced foot could be a real problem for someone. We’re always cautious about where we’re walking.

Overnight stay

We've stayed here 3 times for a overnight stay. It's pet friendly for a small fee. Rooms are large, 2 king beds, clean rooms, and plenty of towels. We checked in late, front desk was friendly and helpful.

The room itself was nice. King size beds which is good and it was clean. If you are looking for customer service/convenience factor I would go else where. We were in town for a funeral and I asked for a late check out. I was only given an hour at a fee which I happily paid but when the funeral a town over ran longer than expected I called asking for another hour extension and was told no even when offering to pay another fee. We had to leave the funeral early due to this. I don't think 1 pm check out with paying late check out fees is too much to ask for when you are traveling.

The hotel looks older from the outside, but it was super super clean. From the front office i was met with a welcoming smile. Thank you ma'am. The office smelled just as clean as our bedroom. The bed was so comfortable. What a wonderful experience. Thank you for having us.
