Hotel was very quiet and comfortable, if a bit dated. It was convenient to the airport and a couple of restaurants. A grocery store was 10 minute walk, if you want to use the kitchen. The shuttle bus was a big savings, because taxis are expensive

Spartan at best. Made an effort, but this is a basic property without much to rave about. Shabby construction throughout, nice people but surrounding area pretty grim.

Showed up very late. Hotel said to call ahead time to schedule shuttle. I called ahead of time and no shuttle service. I booked a king size bed and was told i was getting 1 queen bed. I had to put up a stink and was finally given a king size bed i paid for.

A Quick Stop Over.

Close and easy access from the airport via the hotel shuttle. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We used the hotel as a stop over while continuing onwards to the outer islands for fishing. For individuals needing the option of making their own meals a stove and refrigerator were in the room. We did not require this option.

This property is very convenient to the airport. The suite was well equipped and would be great for a longer stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very cordial and helpful. The property shows some age in a few places, but nothing that bothered me. No restaurant on premises, but there are a couple of options very close and more options with a little travel.

Always friendly staff, and a free airport/ferry shuttle from the property. The rooms are a bit dated and have had some repairs to some of the rooms which are visible, but despite that they are very comfortable and clean. The beds I have slept on were all very comfortable.

It's a very clean, spacious, and convenient hotel in the heart of Juneau, they proviide shuttle to both the airport and the ferry terminal, staff is very helpful and friendly, highly recommended.

Property was very close to airport and transportation provided was excellent. Reserved and paid for suite with queen bed, suite had a double bed, management was indifferent, told me they didn’t know what size beds were in the room and there was nothing they could do. Website says restaurant on site, the testaurant is closed.
