All great. One of those rare places that's even better than you expected from the pictures.

This is our Second time staying here. This time was an unexpected trip with no reservations made. Husband is handy capped and they were very professional and helpful in assistance of golf cart rides back and forth to car. Front Desk guys were very friendly and professional and very quick to reply via whatz app with any questions. Highly recommend the stay and ask for a water view! The view is beautiful! Rooms are always clean and the pool is amazing!

The rooms were very comfortable (best sleep we had on our trip to Costa Rica) and we loved the pool, the beach, the sunsets, and the star gazing at night. We were there with our family. It is a bit remote so good idea to bring games and snacks if traveling with kids. The restaurant on the premise is expensive but serves creative dishes by a Michelin star chef using local ingredients.

Beautiful property. First night there we ate in the restaurant. We were the only people there watching the sunset over the pacific. Food was excellent. Service was stellar. We saw humming birds, tapir, tocan, and iguanas, all from the outdoor by the pool restaurant. Pool was clean and warm.

Everybody was super friendly.

The property is hidden away on a dirt road. Once you enter the grounds, you’re met with pretty landscaping and a large, clean, and inviting pool. Parking is behind a rolling gate that you can open to access as needed. Breakfast is not included. Our room was very simple and basic. It was spacious enough but it had no character, no decorations, no safe, no fridge, and the floor was scratched up painted concrete. It was comfortable enough and met our last minute needs. This lodge has the potential for getting 5 star reviews if they’d attend to the rooms half as much as they attend to the yard. I get the feeling that they’ve had issues with guests damaging the rooms in the past because when we went to check out, they came and checked on the room before sending us on our way. I’ve never had that happen before. I feel bad if that’s the reason why they don’t spruce up the rooms and provide extra amenities.
