Horrible experience from start to finish. I had updated my reservation to 2 days earlier. Got a confirmation of the change. Their system never updated the change so I never received an access code. When calling my call couldn’t go through. I had to ask a stranger off the street to help call on their phone. Instead of updating my reservation they gave me a new one, then billed me and I already paid when I made the reservation. Now I am getting emails for an upcoming reservation that should have been updated or cancelled. What a headache to keep dealing with it. Don’t use this company.
