Peaceful & enjoyable Stay!
A nice Ryokan Hotel. It's rice theme is carried through in the hotel decor as the area is surrounded by rice fields. Good concept & architecture or interior design. Hotel is next to a fast flowing river & tall Bamboo grove which give it a unique continuous sound & calming ambiance....next to your room. May be due to overall economic downturn, the external/exterior area suffers from some wear & tear & maintenance. Some sprucing up of the exterior would help freshen up the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel interior is still well kept & maintained. Service is excellent & food is tasty & well presented. Price wise, slightly on the high side which may be limiting factor. Onsen water is good since it is near the source.
