I stayed at Grazia Apartments several times when I was a regular visitor to Rwanda. Although I did not visit for the last few years, the staff members still remembered me and welcomed me warmly. They made me feel at home and looked after me very well. Thank you!

Overall a good stay at the OMX. A few drawbacks; one the walls are thin and we can hear everything. It was difficult for us to fall asleep at night because there was always someone talking on the phone outside, and we could hear the alarm clock from the room next door in the morning. Also, you need to ask for the water heater to be turned on. If you don’t, there will be hardly any hot water.

Stayed for 2 nights before we left on our gorilla safari. Was a good place with a nice pool. Great value for money with nice outlook over the golf course. Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. Teddy the hotel dog is lovely. Shower pressure excellent and plunger coffee in the room. Only downside was no fan or AC in room. Air got a bit hot in the middle of the night.
