the staff are very courteous but the place is very much understaffed. property is undergoing major renovations until april 2025. there is a plastic chemical smell in the hallways. room was acceptable but bathroom had mold.

駐車場に悩むこともないし、桜島が窓に大きく見えるのでとてもよかったです。が、ユニットバスのタバコ臭がきつく、トイレの度に気になりました。それ以外はよかっただけに残念だなぁと思いました。

大満足でした

Googleマップの口コミは部屋が汚いと散々なことを書かれていましたが、実際はタイルカーペットがくたびれているくらいなもので、全体的に清潔。水回りも問題ありませんでした。 深夜までやっている大型スーパーが向かいにあって便利で立地も最高。 あとこれは部屋によって違うとは思いますが、自分の泊まった部屋からは桜島がドーンと見えて、夕陽に照らされた姿が美しかったです。最高でした。

冷蔵庫に前の方？の薬の忘れ物あり お風呂が汚い スタッフの方の対応は丁寧でした 以前福岡の方でも利用した時も冷蔵庫の中に忘れ物 レンジ汚い等同じ様な事あったので残念でした

立地が良く、駐車場無料でした 3泊しましたが快適でした。 市電駅も桜島フェリーにも近く車ありなしに関わらず良かったです。 床の染みがきになりましがまた利用したい
