チェックイン最悪です。

チェックインの機会がフリーズしているのにカウンターから人が出てこない。キーが出るまで時間を要しました。アニメティの説明なし、お風呂のパスワードもくださいとこちらから要求！この状況は三名もカウンターにいてなんでしょうか。応対が悪すぎます。 数年前まではとても応対の良いホテルでお気に入りでした。久しぶりの宿泊でしたが、機械導入でこんなに変わるんものでしょうか？

鹿児島への出張や旅行ではよく利用させていただきます。 立体駐車場ですが、駐車するための待機スペースも広くとても便利な駐車場です。 チェックインでは端末操作のため少し手間ではありますが極端な負担にはなりません。 お部屋はとても綺麗に清掃され寛ぎやすいレイアウトです。 大浴場を利用させていただいた後、もしくは利用させていただく前にジムで運動できるのが良いと思います。 朝食は桜島が見える展望レストランで朝の清々しい時間を過ごすことができます。 料理も地元料理を含むビュッフェとメインディッシュが用意されていてとても満足できます。

Located in the center of Kagoshima, this hotel offers a tranquil and comfortable escape. You'll find the rooms spotlessly clean and the staff exceptionally kind. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend it.

エレベーター2機がやや不便に感じた以外は全体的に満足である。2階、フロント近くに、コーヒーのフリードリンクはありがたいし、冷水も氷も備え付けであるし、大浴場の動線で使い易い。ただ反面、冷蔵庫に飲料水があっても良いとは思うが、バランス上備え付けを削除したのだろうか。
