Lovely room. Great location to see what we wanted to see. We were only there a couple of nights.

The room was not new but clean, and the staff at the hotel were all very helpful. Our stay was comfortable.

Really nice spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable beds. Laundry machine in room was great

Nice rooms quiet and close to a lot of things particularly shopping.

Very poor communication. Was difficult to contact anyone. They do not respond through Expedia messages, and one of the 2 phone numbers on their website do not work. We only had 3 towels in the room for 4 people. After calling to ask for another we were told no, our 6 year old son was too young to get a towel. Apparently he doesn't need to bathe? There are only 2 plates in the kitchen, so we couldn't all eat there without buying disposable plates. So don't plan to use the kitchen, which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall could have been a good place, but I am pretty frustrated by the communication and lack of provisions for more than 2 people.

The room was clean and tidy on arrival upper rooms very quiet and easy to sleep. In the heart of the city very easy access to all transports
