Check in staff person was very helpful and pleasant. I appreciated her very much. I also appreciate breakfast and the convenient location. Room was spacious but some dust around edges of room and hair in bathroom. Otherwise, we appreciated the amenities like the pool and washer and dryer, WiFi, and exercise room.

The young lady (I think Mary) at the front desk was very helpful during the day. The gentleman in the evening was also helpful. The staff was very pleasant and our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was good but would have like some yogurt that was Greek and diabetic friendly.

Property located in central Kona and a close walk to shops and grocery stores. Good breakfast for a Holiday Inn. Be aware that parking spots are a little tight if you have a van or large SUV. Washing machines and dryer onsite are a little tired and could be replaced. Took two cycles in the dryer to get the job done. Overall would definitely stay again.
