Kona Coast Resort is a great resort with lots of amenities on site and friendly staff. Only note I would offer is that you will definitely want a car at this resort as very few activities are walkable distance. There is plenty of parking however and the spot was included as part of our stay!

Two full bathrooms in one bedroom, so nice. All daily items are in good condition. It is not beachfront and not all units have ocean views. The famous beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The condo we had was Bldg 25 unit 203. Very nice. I thought we were getting an ocean view. We could see it a little bit but our view was of the golf course. Also there was no access to the ocean. We could not cross the golf course. The place is about 20 minutes west of Kona but there is plenty of shopping in the area.

We had a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that had a full sized kitchen. The room had a view of the ocean, which was a bonus. It was convenient having the 2 bathrooms even though it was just the 2 of us. They have a washer and dryer in the unit. Plus, they furnish all the soaps and some lotion. The lania has a table with 4 chairs. They have daily activites you can participate in. They do ask if you would be interested in participating in their 90 minute talk for free stuff, since they are a timeshare property. They don't hassel you when you decline. Over all, we plan on staying here again.

It is a beautiful property, and the living space is spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and good location. The lanai was huge, and we had gorgeous views. We had two cons that would not deter us from staying again. First, it was quite irritating to be confronted with someone trying to get us to schedule a timeshare presentation right after check-in after a long day of travel. Although she wasn't terribly pushy, she was unhappy with our refusal; this gave us a bad impression, and we would have preferred to start our stay more positively. Also, a "quiet" pool option is great; however, it will not be used as intended if it's not enforced. For several days, there were very loud children and teens in the pool at times we would have liked to use it for some quiet enjoyment. Otherwise, it's a lovely place with many redeeming qualities.
