Parking lot not large enough for number of units.
These are condos, this is not a hotel.
No onsite support.
Units are in rough shape.
No elevators for elderly or movement impaired.
Street noise is very loud.
AC unit was the loudest that I have ever heard.
Fire alarm had low battery in unit bellow us and so it beeped all night, since no onsite support, no help.
This needs to be classified as an AirBnB like location, not a hotel.

There isnless than 1/3rd ofnoarking spots to the number of units. Good luck finding a spot after 5-6p. Parking availablenshould say extremely limited parking. This was a vrbo not a hotel... fine but nothing was recieved from the host and the stafff at rhe front desk give you parking passing tell you which room and the code to get in. I had no information to contact the host if i needed but thabkfully i did not
We were in Unit #128 first floor.
Pro's: staff was friendly.
1. Aliyah took the time to give us all the local places we would enjoy.
2. We had access to hot tub and pool area. They also have a grill area and shower area before you step in the pool. We had access to a laundry area on site. They was alot of animal and bugs on the property. A small Gecko entered our room. There is a roaming cat around the area.
3. The place is across the street to a beach area. The island seemed laid back with friendly people.
4. Uber from the airport was $25-40. Uber rides around the place was $7-12. Not alot of parking if you had rented a car.
CON's:
The property room was outdated.
1. If you need anything you have to contact the owner of the property.
This is not a hotel. (I.e. pillows) They give you a number to contact.
2The AC unit emitted a watery moldy smell.
3. The shower needs an upgrade. I had the shower a longer shower because the water pressure was low.
The Amerities was bare minimum. The toilet paper was low quality.
4.Small fridge/microwave only. Food was expensive.
4. The bed was confortable but you can feel the springs
5. There was wifi. You have to look on the box to access it. Programs on TV was limited. However, there was a mirroring functions that allow us to stream from our phone so we bypass that problem.
6. Low outlets. Look for the clock (outlets ontop) i moved it to the floor next to the bed to use my CPAP equip.
Overall, its not the worst place I stayed in.
Absolutely a terrible experience. Place had cockroaches. The toilet flapper would stick and the only way to operate was to take the lid off and manually trip the flapper. Bathroom sink was clogged. Light bulbs were burnt out. Front door lock battery was dead. Hot tub was out of service
The front desk or management NEVER responded to a single question I sent before arriving and never responded to any of my comments.

Close to town
Room was just ok. Internet and cable TV didn't work and when we asked about what to do we were just referred to the management agent for the owner. There is a 1000 rules you have to agree to to check-in. It's not the worst place I stayed, but it isn't one of the better ones either.
Condo unit itself in disrepair and was literally dirty, including lanai surface (bought a tatami mat just to put our feet down on the surface after sweeping). Slider/screen doors both in terrible shape - had to really muscle it to get it closed w/a rusty piece of wire as a "lock"! Shower head flapping in the wall, & had to buy a paring knife just to prepare food. We're 'campers' but this was yet another Islander condo that is obviously over-used/under-maintained. (We've tried three times!)
No toilet paper . No spoons or sharp knife.
Stayed in unit 145. Thin towels. Insufficient wastebaskets. Laundry room had no soap in dispenser, yet took our money. Change maker out of service. Can’t get any help from desk because it’s condo owned. Can’t contact owner while there for any help. Would not recommend.
Definitely sqaure in two star territory. No blankets for pull-out bed. Front desk person was rarely there, and when I finally asked them about it, they said contact the unit owner. Jacuzzi was very foamy. Parking on the grounds after 4 PM is impossible (not enough parking). The location is what saves it.
