Bed was terrible, room was not ready until 10:30pm. Very disappointing and they did not even have the king bed we booked…..they put us in a room with 2 dbl beds. Terrible service, over promised something they could not deliver! I’m wondering if it was an Expedia booking if they didn’t care. I’ve never heard of a hotel where you go to check in and the room is not ready until 1030 at night. Ridiculous.

The layout of the report has a neat indoor outdoor feel with the pool winding through the second level. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and native. There is a manta ray viewing deck where you can look for them everynight as well as the outdoor hallways that change the vantage point. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay with the cleaners coming daily. It was a lovely experience staying here.

Room had a lot of drywall dust in the bathroom, tub wouldn’t drain after a few days. We booked an ocean view room and we barely saw the ocean. Should be called a Mountain View room. We also scheduled a luau and it was cancelled the next day due to “not enough guests”. Food was overpriced and not that good and bar in hotel closed at 9. Hotel itself was not what I thought it would be. Didn’t seem as nice as the pictures. Staff were amazing and super friendly and beds were comfy.

This is our second stay at an outrigger resort and it was great like the first time. Voyager 47 is a must if you book a stay! Everyone is so nice and helpful❤️ enjoyed this stay for our honeymoon ❤️❤️

Decent property for family with kids. Limited restaurant options. However, don't ask them for a late check-out. Even with the resort empty there is a $25 p.h. charge for late check-out. I've stayed in various Outrigger properties and have never had this experience. Either provide guests a couple of hours of late check-out with additional charge or just say no. For me it leaves a sour taste when you've stayed there for 4-5 days and for a couple of hours you are slugged additional $. Will definitely consider twice before staying or recommending this property to anyone.
