I love this place for the friendly staff and location at the start of the famous Ali’i drive where all the nightlife is. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and a mini fridge with drinks (for a fee).

The property is not fancy and has no luxury, but is funcional (very conveniently located and offers what is needed for a comfortable stay). The hotel fits those who intend to spend most of the days in outside activities and have a good place to rest at night. It’s good value for money considering its price. Do not expect restaurants or room service. My only complaint is with the showers (little water and hard to find the right temperature).

Greatly located in Kona, great ambiance in the lobby, outdoor terrace and pool. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Loved the coffee barrista, would be even better if they offered happy hour drinks and snacks. Rooms are nice and cozy, bathrooms coud use a little upgrade

Property was very close to the airport which made it very accessible after a long flight. Rooms have been upgraded but the hallways are a little sketchy. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Very close to restaurants, bars and the beach. I enjoyed the property and would stay here again.
