Lovely unit with a small seaview - sheep in paddock - though they were not noisy neighbours. Accommodation was great very compact- but all we needed - however, due to space there were no cupboards to hang clothes, but no big deal as only there for two nights - really good location to do the Catlins and perfect proximity to Nugget Point lighthouse.

Amazing view out over the beach and Nugget Point. The studio was clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a supportive bed. Outdoor deck was nice. Maybe could benefit from small fences or screens between each unit for more privacy? But we really enjoyed the spot and would have stayed longer if they had had a vacancy.

Very basic property, but clean. Not on the beach, only able to get glimpse on the water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only 1 resto nearby and petrol 15 mnt drive.
