Staffs are polite and friendly

During my stay, I can see dust everywhere though the hotel is clean. Then the hotel has a policy where they could not clear out the coin laundary washers even if it is done. So there goes your laundary plan if you encounter inconsiderate users that hog the laundary washers. Staff is helpful, breakfast is excellent, location is great.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable, and they provided great amenities. The area the property is located in is a bit dirty and sketchy after dark; the family did not feel safe walking to the property at night with men openly promoting adult entertainment on the street.

We enjoyed the large rooms and lovely bathroom of this hotel, but the beds were a bit too hard for us. This hotel was self service and does not have desk staff, which while practical cost wise, was uncomfortable for us. We really needed a live person to ask questions.

Love love love this place! My mum and I stayed for 5 nights and wished we can stay another week. The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. Planning to visit again next year!
