Upon entering hallway to room there was someone in hall with there belongings all over the place. Light to enter room didn't work and found out only 1 towel on room and no hangers to hang coats. Hanging from the back of door was ladies underwear and hair on shower walls. Because of late checking in wasn't able to find another hotel to go to. After asking for more towels was only given 1 face towel to be used by 2 people upon returning to room left because of condition and unsanitary bathroom. Spike with desk clerk about situation and he didn't offer a number or person to lodge complaints regarding room 331

Wurst hotel I've ever stayed in.
The hotel was run down and falling apart. The dining room in the lobby had dead cockroaches on the floor. The rooms were dirty. The beds were dirty. Bathroom was extremely small. The homeless was hanging around the doorways and lobby. The staff wasn't very friendly. I do not recommend this place especially if you're going on a family vacation with little children.

I was given a room that was already occupied, the man and woman in the room seemed to be on drugs. Went back and got a different room, this one with a broken heater and the smoke detector was off the wall and laying on the TV stand unhooked. One total towel in the whole room. Breakfast was a complete joke apple juice and scrambled eggs nothing else. Very disappointing stay,will never stay there again.
