I booked a hotel stay for 2 nights to take my mother to see her dying father that was in hospice care my grandfather. Booked the room like 4 days before our trip somehow the nights got mixed up and got booked a day earlier drove for 6 hours just to find that out and the hotel wouldnt let me check in even tho i had the room booked alredy it worked for 1 night after fighting with clerk for almost a hour 11pm we were all tired finally after ab hour of sitting in the lobby pissed as all hell the clerk let me have my room for the final night of my booking. My booking was booked for thursday night and Friday night thats the 2 nights i needed drive home Saturday after seeing my dying grandfather for a couple days. Drove 6 hours to find this out why would i book a room for 2 nights why would I drive that long 6 hours to not show up to check in on my original day only to find out nobody is doing anything still got charged for the 1st night refund refused because some one didnt do their job right. So furious. My grandfather passed the night we went home

The room we were initially put in had water damage and smelled moldy. We were moved to a new room without issue. The maintenance of the property could use some work, but overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

First of all there is no airport shuttle although they claim to, and I was given no way of rescheduling or canceling once my flight was canceled. Absolutely terrible and I will never do business with them again. Also shame on hotels.com for letting them offer a service like airport shuttle that they don't actually have.

In town for a concert
The hotel is a little out dated but seem to be clean for the most part. Bed and shower were both good and air worked well in the room. We were in a non smoking room and I thought area and keep smelling cigarette and pot, that was the downfall. Which may of been people in for the concert smoking it. Front desk service checking in was super nice and checking out I had asked him for a receipt and price and was told they couldn’t provide that and I would have to get it from where I booked from. He was nice about it but I found that odd when all over hotels have provided a receipt and if not, then told me exactly what I was charged. My husband and I were in town for one night for a concert and walked to Wings Event center. It’s about a mile but seem to work out well. This was book way in advance and I got a great in the price. I will stay again.
