The hotel itself seemed clean enough, but keep in mind it is both pet and budget friendly. The breakfast food was great and staff were very friendly! The beds were really uncomfortable though, so between that, and being woken up repeatedly until about 1am from other guests yelling/laughing/and slamming doors in the hallway, it was not even close to a restful night. My daughter wanted to use the pool, so we took her down, and staff let a group of young girls in right before us that did not have a room card key, and really should have been supervised by an adult, because after 10 min of listening to them scream at the top of their lungs, we had to leave.

We were not happy about the kids running up and down the hallway until 12:30am. We couldn’t use the hot tub because there were a bunch of 5and 6 year old kids in there. Not happy.

Sam was at the welcome desk when I arrived to check in. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. When I had an issue with the TV in my room, he was quick to try to resolve and explain the issue. He ended up arranging for me to move up another room across the hall and offered to bring a cart or assist me in moving my belongings. He checked my previous room to ensure that I had not forgotten anything and made sure that the TV in my new room was functioning properly. When I returned from dinner, he greeted me with a genuine “Welcome back!” I understand he is new to this position. He is an asset to the Comfort Inn.
