dated hotel, bed was lumpy and sagged in middle, sheets felt like sandpaper, towels were dollar store quality and all mismatched. is pet friendly but not in a good area homeless people other side of parking lot with huge stack of junk.

Air conditioning was really loud and yellow in color. One bed was sinking in the middle, and uncomfortable. There's a $100 incidental charge, but there isn't $100 worth of property inside of the room. Everything was outdated and dark. TV is small and slow and the remote only had half of the buttons working. A man had an issue with his key card and front desk staff tried to fix it but told him if it didn't work, they don't have any rooms to move him to and maintenance wasn't available. The parking lot was nearly empty and it's a big hotel, they definitely had rooms.. and were they really going to leave him locked out of his room? The hotel lobby area is really nice, but that's it. I am glad I booked a single night because next morning we switched to a neighboring hotel that has amazing staff,amenities, and comfortable. My daughter almost cried upon going up to the room of Four Points. I wish we didn't have to pay for it, it was not worth a dime. I can say.. doesn't appear to have bed bugs and the housekeepers were very kind. Pay an extra $20 and stay somewhere else

The check in clerk was not a happy person. The regular coffee pod for the room was twice the size for the maker. And never did get any additional pods when room was cleaned. Now the bar tender - he was very friendly and considerate. He made wonderful drinks and the food was great.

Wedding week

When you walk in the front door it is clean and up to date. The breakfast area, bar and conference room very nice. Once you to down hall towards the rooms plaster falling from the ceiling, carpet dirty/stained. No ac in the hallways(strange). Key cards had to be repeatedly (3-4 times a day)fixed as they didn’t work. Did not happen to us but to my niece. Someone was already in the room they were assigned to(sleeping). Bad smelling rooms, ants and spiders. We were here for a wedding. Would never recommend or stay here again
