Staff was great. In the bathtub, the shampoo conditioner and soap dispenser had come off the wall. There were guest staying in the hotel with the young children. I believe it was eight children could’ve been more that we’re running in the hallway and in the stairwell when we get to our room and they were noisy all night and then early in the morning they were in the hallway with music and we’re dancing And woke us up early. Otherwise stay was average..

All interactions with the staff were incredibly friendly and polite! Breakfast was tasty, plentiful, with lots of options! Loved the oatmeal with toppings. Our room was updated and clean. The wall mounted thermostat was great on a cool Fall day.

Breakfast started after I needed to leave for work. My keys to the room didn’t work so the desk manager had to let me in my room but never brought me back keys or let me know my lock wasn’t working. Couldn’t go anywhere because I wasn’t sure how to get back to my room.

Nice looking hotel, right across from a regular Holiday Inn. Nobody at the desk, when you arrive and if you need something you have to just wait until someone comes out. Usually 2-5 minutes. Room had nice furnishings, although the lamps had no shades, cable did NOT work, bathroom NOT as clean as it should be. I do not like to be in the presence of other peoples hair all over the place. Toilet dirty. When I went to take a shower the drain was clogged and I had to get out (full of soap) and call the front desk which was not answered in any kind of timely fashion. They did respond immediately when I finally got ahold of someone and told them the shower was about to overflow. The staff member who came up was loud and making comments and noises throughout the entire process of trying to unclog the shower. My husband was trying to sleep and that wasn’t possible. Nobody present at check out to talk to about any of this so I had to leave a review. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason other than the breakfast was decent and what you would expect from a holiday inn express.

the property was clean and nicely upkept. Wish the breakfast hours were longer and the walls were thicker. We had a heavy walker above us and noisy kids next to us but the hotel itself was wonderful.

My stay was good as usual. Only issue was breakfast, I stayed for three days and only sausage was served, no bacon at all which was odd, also, two out of the three days, the small refrigerator had no yogurt or cream cheese. Seems like a supply chain issue???

Although the check in was excellent the lady was very helpful. Then I started to take a shower and seen Multiple black hairs on the floor of the shower. I took pictures to upload, but having trouble finding out how to do that. Had a bit of a hard time finding the road to get into the hotel also. No signs out on the road. Thank goodness for google.
