Check in was too long. Nobody was at the desk and I had to wait at least 15 minutes for the staff to return from outside with his lunch or dinner. No sign was posted. I literally had to call the hotel while standing at the front desk in order to be able to get staff to help me with my check in. After which the amount of time I had to wait for staff to appear my own dinner got cold. Definitely need improvement in the staff of front desk

Paid for three rooms and each room tubs were filty tubs needed replaced. I checked in and paid for my three rooms and left the hotel for awhile and came back. The person at the front desk sold one of my rooms to the guy he was talking to in the lobby when I checked in. Glad I didn't have my personal items in the room yet or they would have been stolen since someone else was occupying one of my rooms. Beware of this hotel.

Reasonably priced nice facility.

The room was clean and and well kept. The temperature and heat and cooling system adjusted accordingly. Only had 1 full size towel in the room though. They gave me a pool towel when i asked for an additional one.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN. CHECKED INTO ROOM, HAD ONE TOWEL. WENT TO FRONT DESK, TOLD THEM WE NEEDED TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES . SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. CAME BACK THAT NIGHT, NO TOWELS. WENT TO FRONT DESK, SAID THEY WERE OUT OF TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES. TOTALLY UN-SAT. PAYING $179.00 A NIGHT FOR THIS CRAP.
