Really great stay at the Divani. Everything was easy, staff were all friendly and helpful. Used indoor and outdoor pools, gym, restaurant. Reception even lent us a charger for our laptop. The location and views are simply stunning. We will be back.

Great location, amenities and staff. Best hotel we stayed at while on a vacation in Greece. Easy walk into the town, close to monasteries, refreshing pool, excellent breakfast. Thania at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We stayed in room 361 on August 4th. The room was very hot due to high temperature and a whole day's strong sunshine outside. The AC was working but not strong enough to cool the room down. I couldn't sleep for a whole night and my husband and daughter didn't sleep well. When we request a later check out to the front desk, the lady didn't really care about us and insisted that the latest time she can allow is 12:30pm. In her opinion, it is not the hotel's problem as long as the AC was not broken. We stayed in Greece for two weeks. This is the only hotel where we didn't sleep well. But to be fair, other than the room temperature, everything else is pretty good.

This was our 2nd stay and unfortunately not as good. These were the issues: the gentleman at check-in spoke ok English but used some terminology that was borderline rude. He also did not offer to explain the area sights. We did not get the view that we had asked for. What hotel pool doesn’t have a.m. access prior to check out? The fridge was not cold at all.
